Windows Vista SP2 Installation Fails with 0x80004005 Error

Microsoft releases service packs for its existing Windows operating systems to eliminate the bugs and to add new capabilities. Is Windows Service Pack 1 Necessary?
I keep getting this Widows Service Pack 1 on my updates. It's not always there. But it comes up about 80% of the time. I have one of those partitioned disks. I don't know why they do that! I have NOTHING on my C partition, but there is about 15gb of free space with windows 7 on it, from factory. Windows Service Pack 1 requires 25gb of space! Is there a way to put the service pack on the D partition? Do I need it? My cable guy said it's necessary. Any advice from the computer savvy out there? Thanks mucho! It won't use partition D. Only C. Which is so annoying. It's the same physical disk... I mentioned that this is Widows 7. Please read. Thanks. Windows no longer gives out reinstall disks with their factory installs. So no re-installing. Also gay :(

How do I connect my Bluetooth Jabra Halo Headset to my laptop?
I bought some bluetooth wireless heatsets named Jabra Halo. I have bluetooth embedded on my laptop but idk how to connect it to my laptop. I have a Gateway laptop Model M-285-E. Its a tablet Laptop. Also Its windows service pack 3. Its Windows XP. I cant tell if its enabled. But I have used Fn F6 many times (the way to activate Bluetooth) I just cant tell if its on or not. [Message says No Device Detected] View Or Modify Configuration. [Message says Please Verify that your bluetooth device is properly connected {My Device cant be connected unless its with the charging cable and I've tried that}].
